Children's Aid College Prep Charter School
Casey Vier Cupelli is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the School Principal at Children's Aid College Prep Charter School since July 2013. In this role, Casey launched new Math and English Language Arts curricula aligned with New York Common Core Standards and provides ongoing teacher training and coaching. Previously, Casey was the Academic Dean, where systems for teacher development and evaluation were established, and new teachers were hired and trained during the school's expansion. Additionally, Casey has served as an Adjunct Professor at Hunter College and worked as a Special Education Teacher at both Bronx Charter School for Excellence and Midland Park High School. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Hunter College, a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching/K-12 Literacy from Mercy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Dayton.
