Manager, Employee Engagement & Relations at Children's Aid

Ellen Thiemann Cambe, LMSW, has extensive experience in social work and employee engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Engagement & Relations at the Children's Aid Society since September 2008. In this role, Ellen develops and implements strategies to enhance employee relations, investigates claims of misconduct, and prepares investigative reports while overseeing project planning for the agency's Code of Conduct and employee policies.
