Antonio Salgado (tony)

Antonio (Tony) Salgado is a mental health professional with extensive experience in therapeutic roles, currently serving as a Mental Health Intake Therapist at Children's Bureau since October 2015. Previous positions include Mental Health Therapist and Mental Health Outreach Specialist/contact-ombudsman, where collaboration and networking were key responsibilities. Prior to this, Antonio gained valuable experience as a Psychiatric Social Worker intern and Counselor at Los Angeles Unified School District, as well as a Counselor at Jr Blind of America. Antonio holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
