Faye Hollands is an experienced professional with over 20 years in recruitment, HR, and career coaching. Currently serving as the Family Relationship Lead at the Children's Cancer Institute since April 2023, Faye focuses on supporting families navigating childhood cancer. As the CEO and Founder of Busy Business Women from February 2016 to January 2023, Faye demonstrated a commitment to empowering entrepreneurs, while also contributing to Outshine Consulting as a Coach/Director, specializing in career and productivity coaching from 2006 to January 2023. Faye's career began in various roles including Internal Recruitment Manager at Michael Page International and Compensation & Benefits Manager at Citigroup, showcasing a robust background in both recruitment and HR management.
