Lewis Crowley

Lewis Crowley is a Junior Bioinformatics Engineer at the Children's Cancer Institute since March 2024. Previously, Lewis was recognized as a Gold Medallist during the iGEM competition in May 2022 for a project that involved developing a novel construction biomaterial through microbial engineering. Lewis served as President of the Crook Society at UCL Biochemical Engineering Society from March 2021 to June 2022 and worked as a Laboratory Operator at Infineum from June 2019 to May 2020, where responsibilities included emulating plant processes to support R&D in industrial lubricants and fuels. Lewis holds a BEng degree in Biochemical Engineering from UCL, completed in 2023.
