Desiree Jennings has over 20 years of diverse experience in leadership and customer service roles, with a significant tenure at The Children's Center of Wayne County since August 2010, where responsibilities have included Chief Executive Officer, Chief Sustainability & People Officer, Chief Compliance & Revenue Officer, Director of Business & Professional Development, and Senior Director. Prior experience includes serving as a Member Services Representative at VALUE OPTIONS, achieving 100% resolution in managed behavioral healthcare inquiries, and as a Customer Service Representative for the Secretary of State, handling various compliance and administrative tasks. Additional experience includes working as an Information Specialist and Family Coach at PACT, where Desiree coordinated visitation and developed family improvement plans. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
