At the Children's Cottage Society we have long understood the detrimental effects of prolonged exposure to negative experiences in a child's early development. We recognize that the solution is prevention and we aim to ensure that children in our community have strong foundations for healthy physical and emotional development. We offer non-judgmental programs and services aimed at helping parents through a crisis regardless of what their circumstances may be.
