Melissa Y. has extensive experience in both client service and scientific roles. Currently serving as a Family Subsidy Specialist II at the Children's Council of San Francisco since September 2014, Melissa has also worked as a Client Resource Representative in the same organization. Previous positions include various roles at the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park, a Chemical Manufacturing Technician at Nanosys, and a Laboratory Assistant at Simonis Lab, San Francisco State University. Melissa also held the position of Quality Control Analyst at List Biological Laboratories, Inc., and was a Research Assistant at Simonis Lab earlier in the academic timeline.
