Cindy Ji

Cindy Ji has a diverse range of work experiences. Cindy is currently serving as the Communications Director at the Children's Defense Fund since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Health Policy Associate at the same organization from January 2020 to July 2021. Before joining the Children's Defense Fund, Cindy was a Research & Planning Intern at Every Texan from June 2019 to December 2019. Cindy also served as a Policy Fellow at the Children's Defense Fund from January 2019 to June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Case Manager, HomeBase at BronxWorks from September 2016 to August 2018. Cindy's earlier work experience includes being a Case Studies Intern at Place Lab from September 2015 to June 2016, and a Policy Fellow at United Neighborhood Houses from June 2015 to September 2015.

Cindy Ji completed their Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Chicago from 2012 to 2016.
