Erin Smeltzer

Erin Smeltzer currently serves as the President and CEO of Children's Forum, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Erin was the Executive Director of the Association of Early Learning Coalitions from September 2019 to July 2022. Erin's extensive experience in early learning policy includes serving as the Director and Program Supervisor for the School Readiness Program & Policy at the Office of Early Learning within the Florida Department of Education from September 2014 to September 2019. Erin holds a Master of Science in Education from Nova Southeastern University, earned between 2011 and 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development from The University of Georgia, completed in 2006.
