Michael Leahy

Michael Leahy is an accomplished professional in data analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as the EHR Application Lead for Reporting and BI at Children's Health Ireland (CHI) since April 2023. Prior experience at CHI includes roles as Data Analytics Manager, Senior Business Intelligence Developer, and Business Intelligence Data Analyst, where Michael specialized in developing dashboards and reports with Power BI, SSRS, and Crystal Reports, as well as managing data audits and capturing essential paediatric orthopaedic information. Previously, Michael held positions as Data Manager at St. Vincent's University Hospital and St Vincent's Private Hospital, focusing on MDT processes and ensuring data compliance. Michael began a career as a Site Engineer at John Paul Construction, and holds a Higher Diploma in Data Analytics from the National College of Ireland, along with relevant certifications and a degree in Construction Management.
