Allen Kim

Allen Kim has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and consulting. Allen is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at the Children's Home Society of North Carolina since April 2022. Prior to this, Allen worked as a mentor and business advisor at Collective Brains starting from December 2020. Allen also served as a President at AKim Consulting LLC, offering consulting services, from 2020 to 2022.

In terms of their previous roles, Allen worked as the Board Advisor at PCR Staffing, providing talent acquisition and staffing solutions to numerous companies across the nation. Allen held this position from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they served as the Chief Information Officer at CPI Security Systems from 2015 to 2019, where they led the transformation of the company's IT department. Allen also held the position of Chief Information Officer, North America at ACN from 2009 to 2015, overseeing IT and Billing operations.

Earlier in their career, Allen held various positions including SVP at Wachovia Corporation from 1997 to 2008, Senior IT Project Manager at Duke Energy from 1995 to 1997, Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse from 1993 to 1995, and Senior Consultant at Accenture (previously Andersen Consulting) from 1989 to 1993.

Allen Kim earned an A.B. degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, they obtained an M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
