Jen Kimbrough

Jen Kimbrough has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Jen started their career at Morehead Memorial Hospital in 1992, where they worked in the Community Health/Student Health department. In 1995, they moved on to become the Executive Director of the Wellness Council of North Carolina until 2000. Jen then joined UNC Greensboro as the Associate Director of the Center for Youth, Family & Community Partnerships in 1997. After 14 years at UNC Greensboro, Jen became the Executive Director of Partners for Healthy Youth in 2011. In 2016, they transitioned to a new role as Assistant Professor of Public Health at Elon University, a position they held until 2020. Currently, Jen Kimbrough serves as the Director of Grants Management at the Children's Home Society of North Carolina. Additionally, they have also held the positions of Director of Strategic Initiatives and Executive Director of Strategy at the same organization.

Jen Kimbrough attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Music. Jen then went on to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they obtained a Master of Education (MEd) in Public Health.
