Ricardo Campana

Ricardo Campana serves as the Executive Director of Corporate Strategy, Growth, Performance, and Investment at Dubai Cable Company - Ducab since October 2024, responsible for defining the growth strategy across various regions, enhancing diversification, and solidifying the company's position in the energy sector. Previously, Campana held several senior leadership roles at Anglo American from June 2014 to February 2024, including SVP of Strategy and Portfolio Transformation, where efforts focused on integrating digital transformation and AI for sustainable value. Campana also established high-growth strategies and supported P&L delivery for Base Metals, advised on major M&A transactions, and directed the approval of significant projects in Latin America. Prior to this, Campana was the Head of Strategy & Shareholder Board Member at Nexa Resources and participated as a board member for shareholder governance at Mineração Rio do Norte and Norsk Hydro. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and an Advanced Programme in Sustainability & Social Management from the University of Cambridge.
