Kaitlyn Dishman

Kaitlyn Dishman is a Family Recruitment Specialist at the Children's Home Society of North Carolina, a position held since September 2017. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn served as an Adoption Specialist for the Danville Division of Social Services from September 2013 to October 2016, where responsibilities included managing a state-funded adoption grant, preparing children and youth for adoption, and supporting adoptive families. Earlier experience as a Social Worker for the City of Danville from March 2009 to September 2013 involved case management for foster care and adoption cases, making referrals for services, and preparing court documents. Kaitlyn earned a degree from Averett University between 2003 and 2008.
