Beverley Horler ACIB currently serves as Trustee Director for HSBC Bank Pension Trust (UK) Limited and is the first female Deputy Chairman of the HSBC Bank UK Pensioners Association. Since September 2015, Beverley has been a Board Trustee for the Bank Workers Charity, contributing to both the Clients and Markets Committee and the Nominations Committee. In the charity sector, Beverley serves as Vice Chairman for Children's Hospice South West, celebrating a significant 25-year milestone for the organization. Previously, Beverley held various leadership roles at HSBC Bank Plc from 1996 to 2014, including Head of UK Branch Network and Wealth Management. Beverley possesses advanced management qualifications, including a Diploma in General Management from Insead and an Associate's Degree from the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Children's Hospice South West
Children’s Hospice South West cares for families with children and young people who have a life-limiting or life-threatening condition, who are unlikely to live to adulthood. At our three beautiful children’s hospices in Devon, Cornwall and Bristol, we support parents, brothers and sisters and the affected child from diagnosis towards bereavement and beyond. We can relieve the burden of caring for a sick child from families and allow them to spend precious time together focusing on just being a family. To face the reality of losing your child means those who desperately need our help face an uncertain and fragile future. We walk alongside them providing respite care, palliative and ultimately end of life care for their child. We need to raise just under £12 million a year to run our three hospices. The money that we receive from the Government is not guaranteed each year, therefore we need to rely entirely on voluntary contributions to safeguard our service into the future.
