Since 2002, Faisal has served as Chief HR & Kaizen Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Managers at Abdul Latif Jameel Motors, overseeing domestic automobile operations and aligning various strategic business units to optimize profitability. Previously, Faisal was the Senior Managing Director of Domestic Automobile Operations at Abdul Latif Jameel, responsible for retail and after-sales services. Faisal's earlier career includes a notable tenure at General Electric, where significant growth was achieved in the MENA region, and as Chief Executive Officer at Amex Electronics & Computer Services, establishing a market leader in bilingual computing solutions. Faisal began the professional journey at Samba Bank Limited as Resident Vice President, recognized for exceptional performance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Management from The American University in Cairo.
