Adam started their career at Methodist Healthcare as a Corporate Director, Clinical Operations, where they were responsible for managing and developing standardized processes for various departments. After that, they joined Boston Children's Hospital as a Transplant Administrator, overseeing the administrative operations of the Pediatric Transplant Center. Adam then became the Director of Perioperative Business Operations, where they monitored and oversaw various administrative functions in the perioperative areas. In 2013, Adam C. joined Children's Wisconsin, where they held several positions, including Director, Enterprise Performance Management, and Vice President, Enterprise Decision Support. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic planning, program management, and overseeing various teams within the organization. Adam later became the Vice President, Health Management Operations and Vice President, Financial Planning and Decision Support.
