Katie Horrigan

Director, Community Education And Outreach at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin

Katie Horrigan has a diverse work experience in the field of public health and community education. Katie started their career in 2000 as a Health Education Instructor at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Katie then worked as a Research Assistant at Boston University, Slone Epidemiology Center from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Mothers Against Drunk Driving as a Youth Program Specialist. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Boston University School of Public Health as a Practicum Coordinator. Since 2008, Katie has been associated with Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, initially as a Community Outreach Manager and currently as the Director of Community Education and Outreach.

Katie Horrigan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2000. Katie then pursued a Master's degree in Public Health at Boston University from 2000 to 2002.
