Matt Brzeski

Matt Brzeski is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service center operations and education. Since November 2012, Matt has held multiple roles at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, including IS Service Center Team Lead, IS Service Center Educator, and IS Service Center Analyst, focusing on operational supervision, training, and help desk support. In addition to this, Matt has been an IT Consultant/Support Specialist at MeINC of Wisconsin since 1981, specializing in hardware service and application support for both Mac and PC. Previous positions include Instructional and Classroom Support Specialist and Adjunct Professor at Carthage College, as well as roles in call center supervision and information center management at companies such as Manpower and Rockwell Automation. Matt holds a Master's degree in Education from Carthage College and a Bachelor of Science in Management Computer Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
