Debra Beauregard

Debra Beauregard is a seasoned healthcare consultant with extensive experience in leadership and administrative roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently a member of the Mi4 Leadership Team at CHOC Children's, Debra fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration. Previously, Debra served as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at HMWC CPAs & Business Advisors and as Principal Consultant at Med Direct Executives, where expertise was provided in innovation, strategic planning, and practice management. Debra held the position of Chief Administrative Officer for the Department of Pediatrics at UC Irvine School of Medicine, managing departmental operations and growth initiatives. Additionally, Debra was the Executive Director for CHOC Pediatric Subspecialty Faculty, emphasizing financial oversight and practice management. Debra holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Management from Simpson University.
