Lindsey Harris has a diverse work experience in event management and coordination. Lindsey began their career as a Special Events Intern at the Downtown Business Association of Escondido, where they successfully organized the Cruisin' Grand Event series. Lindsey then worked as a Sales Lead at Bath & Body Works, where they trained and led sales associates to meet revenue goals. Lindsey later became the President of the Communication Society at California State University San Marcos, where they managed a student-driven organization and implemented marketing strategies to boost student involvement. Lindsey also worked as a Lead Hostess at Stone Brewing Co., where they managed seating arrangements and communicated with the kitchen staff to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests. Lindsey then joined Feeding America San Diego as a Corporate Giving & Events Coordinator, overseeing all events and generating significant revenue through an annual gala. Lindsey's next role was Senior Event Coordinator at Competitor Group, Inc., where they successfully coordinated and executed endurance events in major cities. Lindsey later became an Assistant Race Director at IRONMAN, responsible for the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series. Lindsey's most recent role was as the Associate Director of Special Events at CHOC Children's.

Lindsey Harris received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from California State University San Marcos in 2012. In the same year, they also obtained a Meeting & Event Planning Certification from the same institution.
