Megan Bailey has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Megan started their career in 2000 as a Youth Care Worker II at Boys Town and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2001, they worked as a Perinatal Case Manager at Tarzana Treatment Center-Long Beach Services. In 2002, they joined Orangewood Children's Foundation as a Rising Tide Program Coordinator, where they interviewed and assessed emancipating foster youth, provided case management services, attended workshops and events, supervised staff and mentors, and supported social workers and foster parents. Since August 2022, Megan has been working at CHOC Children's as the Director of Research Compliance.
