Paulina Dunham

Paulina Dunham, MSHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Sr. Manager of HR Systems at CHOC Children's, having held various HRIS roles since September 2017. Prior to this, experience includes positions at Baylor Scott & White Health from March 2015 to September 2017, where responsibilities encompassed developing audit schedules, managing PeopleSoft queries, and leading the “Pay our People” project during a major HR system implementation. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Representative for the Village of Schaumburg, focusing on entry-level recruiting and coordinating various HR processes. Paulina holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
