Kamryn Zotos

Kamryn Zotos, PHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Administration and Data Manager at Oregon Child Development Coalition since July 2002. In this role, Kamryn develops and implements comprehensive HR strategies and manages a professional development internship program aimed at fostering a diverse candidate pool. Previous positions at Oregon Child Development Coalition include Human Resources Data & Project Coordinator, where Kamryn conducted investigations into employee complaints and advised on policies, and HR Assistant, focusing on recruitment and onboarding. Kamryn began their career at Molded Container Corporation, where responsibilities included payroll management and various HR functions for multiple states. Kamryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern Foreign Languages from Loyola University New Orleans.
