Carla Friday has extensive experience in healthcare management and quality improvement, currently serving as Program Director in the Office of Physician Contracting at Children's Health since February 2019. Previously, Carla held roles such as Sr. Provider Network Representative at Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Healthcare Quality Management Project Manager at Aetna, where responsibilities included managing risk adjustment and physician incentive programs. Experience also includes serving as Sr. HEDIS Strategy Analyst at MCCI, where Carla focused on market education and patient outcome improvements, as well as provider relations. Earlier career roles involved assisting in office management and patient interactions in medical practices.
