Jeff Townsend

Jeff Townsend, MBA, serves as the HR Business Partner (Director) at Children's Health since November 2023. With extensive experience in human resources and talent management, Jeff has held various leadership roles including Certified Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching since February 2017, and Director, HR Business Partner / Compensation at Enlyte from June 2020 to September 2023. Prior positions include Director of Talent Management at Parkland Hospital, Brand Manager for Employer Talent at American Airlines, and a range of roles in human resources and operations at American Airlines, where Jeff developed strategies for engagement, recruitment, and organizational change. Jeff holds an Executive MBA in Global Business from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with a BS in Business Administration and Management from Auburn University and various certifications in business and leadership training.
