Jenny Harshman

Jenny Harshman has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in pediatric care. Jenny worked at Children's Health from 2015 to 2023, holding positions such as Senior Director of Clinical Learning & Patient Education and Director of Clinical Learning and Development. Prior to that, they were a Clinical Education Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator-Team Leader at the same organization. Jenny also worked as a Nursing Instructor at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2017 to 2019 and as a Nursing Professor at Collin College from 2014 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a PICU RN at St. Louis Children's Hospital from 2010 to 2014 and as a TCU RN/Charge Nurse at Ssm Cardinal Glennon Childrens from 2008 to 2010. Jenny started their career as a Staff RN at Mayo Clinic from 2007 to 2008, where they specialized in pediatric care.

Jenny Harshman earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Arkansas in 2006. Jenny later completed a Master's degree in Nursing Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2014. Jenny also holds additional certifications including Professional Nurse Development Specialist from the American Nurse Credentialing Center (obtained in 2017), Certified Pediatric Nurse from PNCB (obtained in 2011), and Registered Nurse from the Texas State Board of Nursing (obtained in 2006).
