Kathleen Benner

Kathleen Benner, JD LLM, has extensive work experience in the legal field. Kathleen began their career at LifeCare Management Services in 2014, where they served as an Associate General Counsel & Corporate Privacy Officer. After their time at LifeCare, they joined Children's Health in 2016, initially working as an Assistant General Counsel. In 2021, Kathleen was promoted to Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Children's Health, where they currently hold this position.

Kathleen Benner, JD LLM, holds a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Kathleen also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Marketing, and Economics from Northern Illinois University.
