Shelia Williams

Shelia Williams has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Shelia is currently working as the Talent Acquisitions Team Lead at Children's Health, where they supervise a team of recruiters and ensures the achievement of talent acquisition goals. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Childrens Medical Center of Dallas, where they were responsible for coordinating and conducting recruiting activities. Shelia also has experience as a Research Recruiter/Senior Employment Specialist at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, an HR Administrator at Brinks Inc., an HR Generalist at Leland Medical Plaza, and a Temporary HR Coordinator at Verio. Additionally, they have held various positions in operations at Bank of America. In all their roles, Shelia has demonstrated strong leadership skills, relationship management abilities, and expertise in recruitment processes.
