Terrence Crooks

Terrence Crooks, PharmD, MAOM, currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Children's Medical Center Plano since September 2015, overseeing the operational, financial, and personnel activities of the Pharmacy department. Previously, Terrence held the position of Director of Infusion Services in Home Care, establishing an infusion pharmacy service aligned with the health system's mission. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Ambient Healthcare, where Terrence enhanced operational efficiencies across multiple branch pharmacies, and CuraScript, Inc., where Terrence significantly increased pharmacy revenue. Earlier career positions include General Manager at Integrity Healthcare Services and Pharmacy Manager at Gentiva Health Services, focusing on specialty market transitions. Terrence began the professional journey at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, transforming a low-volume oncology pharmacy into a recognized home infusion service. Education includes a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
