Penny Horsfield

Penny Horsfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Penny'smost recent position is as the Head of Corporate Partnerships at the Children's Medical Research Institute, where they previously served as a Corporate Partnerships Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager STEPtember at the Cerebral Palsy Alliance. Penny also held the role of Analytics & Operations Manager at the Sydney Theatre Company and served as a Grants and Policy Volunteer at Tour de Cure Australia. Additionally, Penny worked as a Consultant and Director of Research and Grants at Elwoh Solutions Ag and as a Service Implementation Manager at Independent Community Living Australia. Penny also has experience at the St Vincent's Curran Foundation as a Fundraising, Marketing & Communications Manager and a Senior Project Manager. In earlier roles, they were a Senior Project Manager at Kepler Analytics, the Chief Operating Officer at Mogul, and had various roles, including a National Operations Manager and Business Analyst, at Creative Activation. Penny has demonstrated their expertise in various areas, including business development, fundraising, project management, and operations.

Penny Horsfield attended NIDA (National Institute of Dramatic Arts) in 2005, where they obtained a degree in Musical Theatre, specializing in Singer Dancer Actor. Prior to that, Penny attended Barker College for an unspecified degree and field of study. In 2020, they also obtained a certification in Applied Suicide Prevention Skills Training (ASIST) from LivingWorks Australia.
