Brett Generaux

Brett Generaux has extensive work experience in data governance, analytics, and business intelligence. Brett is currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Governance & Analytics at Children's Mercy Kansas City. Prior to this, Brett worked at Waddell & Reed as a Report Analyst, where they contributed to platform technology. Brett also held several roles at Tortoise Capital Advisors, including Vice President of Business Intelligence Specialist, where they were responsible for building the organization's Business Intelligence program and team from scratch. During their time at Tortoise Capital Advisors, Brett managed various projects related to data integration, data visualization, and creating single sources of truth. Brett also worked in retail internal sales and provided excellent service to internal stakeholders. Before that, Brett worked as an Internal Advisor Rep at J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services.
