Kelsey Kaufman, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Compensation at Children's Mercy Kansas City, overseeing the strategy and administration of compensation programs to align with the organization's objectives. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Tandem Diabetes Care and Cerner Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed the development and analysis of compensation policies, incentive programs, and compliance evaluation. Kelsey has also held positions at Children's Mercy Hospital, Garmin International, Kelly Services, DriveTime, and Kansas Sampler. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas, acquired from 2008 to 2012.
