Chris Hagans

Chris Hagans is an experienced professional with a strong background in compensation strategies and human resources. Since October 2013, Chris has served as the Director of Compensation at Community Health System, where responsibilities include developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and collaborating with HR leaders and executives to ensure equity and fairness in compensation programs. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Aerotek, including Manager of Compensation and Account Recruiting Manager, and gained valuable retail experience at Gottschalks as an Assistant Buyer. Chris began professional career at Groppetti Automotive as a Customer Relations Associate. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from California State University, Fresno.
