Kristen Stine, MSOD has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to learning and development, organizational support, and practice transformation.

Currently, they serve as the Admin Director, Practice Organizational Support at Children's Mercy Kansas City, where they are responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of learning experiences focused on leadership development.

Prior to this, Kristen worked as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Children's Mercy Berry Institute, where they led the development of course evaluation strategies, reviewed and selected psychometric assessments, and contributed to the planning of the Leadership Center for Physicians.

Before joining Children's Mercy, they worked at HealthTeamWorks as the Learning and Diffusion Manager, where they collaborated with internal and contracted subject matter experts to develop and launch an online knowledge management system and training programs.

Kristen also has experience as a Practice Transformation Strategist at the American Academy of Family Physicians and as a Training & Development Manager at TransforMED, where they established training teams and processes and developed various training programs using adult learning theory.

Additionally, they have worked as an External Consultant at The Lewer Agency and held multiple roles at Lockton Companies, including Health Risk Management Specialist and Associate Development Consultant. Kristen played a key role in organizing HRM tools and services, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating workshops.

Earlier in their career, Kristen worked at Assurant Employee Benefits in various roles, managing the day-to-day operations of local sales offices and overseeing both pre- and post-sale activities.

Kristen Stine, MSOD completed their Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Avila University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Baker University School of Professional & Graduate Studies from 1996 to 1998.
