Rebecca Arbuckle

Rebecca Arbuckle has held the role of Director, HR Business Partner at Cerner Corporation from March 2016 to June 2022. During their time there, they served as a trusted partner to executives, providing thought leadership and coaching on people strategies. Rebecca was responsible for talent strategy, including talent bench, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Additionally, they managed organizational design, structure, development, and leadership coaching to support growth and align with the company's culture. In 2022, Rebecca joined Children's Mercy Kansas City as Director, HR Business Partner.
