Gaelen McCartney

Gaelen McCartney is a seasoned professional in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Senior Market Director at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals since September 2016, previously holding the title of Market Director for the Northeast. In this role, Gaelen manages relationships with hospital partners and regional corporate entities, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance fundraising efforts for children's health. Prior experience includes managing collegiate and high school Dance Marathon programs in the Northeast, and serving as Coordinator for School Programs at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Gaelen also has a background in education, having taught art at the Philly Art Center and served as a Teaching Assistant at Mill Street Loft. Gaelen's education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fibers and Materials Studies from Temple University, along with experiences at The Glasgow School of Art and Newburgh Free Academy.
