Nicholas Brunner's work experience began with an internship as an Analyst at Topmark Partners in September 2013, which lasted until May 2014. Nicholas then became an Analyst at the same company from June 2014 until June 2016. From June 2016 to July 2020, Nicholas worked as an Associate at Topmark Partners, where they evaluated investment opportunities, led due diligence, and monitored portfolio companies. During this time, they were involved in 26 buy-side debt and equity financings, totaling approximately $30 million in invested capital. In July 2020, Nicholas joined CFOshare as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, a role they held until January 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Finance at the Children's Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus, where they lead the financial functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management. Additionally, Nicholas is a member of the museum's leadership team and the Finance Committee.
Nicholas Brunner holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Economics, which they obtained from the University of Tampa in 2014. Additionally, they are expected to complete their Master of Accounting degree with a concentration in Financial Analysis & Reporting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022.
