Governance Team

The Governance Team at the Children's Museum of Indianapolis is responsible for providing strategic oversight, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and guiding the long-term vision of the museum. Comprised primarily of Trustees and Advisors, the team works collaboratively to establish policies, assess organizational performance, and support executive leadership in achieving the museum's mission to serve children and families globally.
