Amy Beales has extensive experience in talent acquisition and talent management. Amy started their career at MetLife as a Director of Talent Acquisition in 2005 and remained in this role until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Amy worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at The University of Maryland Medical System. Since 2017, they have been employed at Children's National Hospital, initially as the Director of Talent Acquisition and currently holding the position of Vice President of HR Talent Management.
Amy Beales holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development, which they obtained from Towson University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Towson University from 2001 to 2005. In 2017, Amy Beales obtained the certification of Fellow of The Advisory Board Company (FABC) from The Advisory Board Company.
