Kolaleh Eskandanian

Kolaleh Eskandanian currently serves as the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer and Head of Pediatrics and Special Populations at Compremium AG, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Kolaleh was the Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer at Children's National Hospital from September 2008 to March 2025. Experience also includes serving as the Director of the Clinical Research Center at Georgetown University Medical Center from November 2002 to August 2008, and as a Strategy Consultant for Communications and High Tech at Accenture between May 1999 and October 2002. Kolaleh holds an MBA in Finance and Management of Global Information Technology from the Kogod School of Business at American University, a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering from Moscow University, a PhD in Management Science from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, and a Baccalaureat Scientifique (Bac S) in Mathematics and Physics from Lycee Jeanne d'Arc. Further education includes a brief study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019.
