Mary Daymont has 20 years of experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Mary initially joined Children's National Health System in 2002 as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle and Care Management. During their time there, they successfully transformed the end-to-end revenue cycle, resulting in a 66% net revenue improvement. In 2013, they were appointed as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, where they focused on linking clinical and financial processes to achieve optimal outcomes. Mary also directed multiple role and process changes that led to significant financial gains. In 2007, Mary joined The Center for Case Management as a Senior Consultant.
