Mary Lynn Elsmo, SHRM-SCP, has been with Children's National Health System since January 2009, serving as a Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to this role, Mary Lynn was the Director of Patient Experience & Guest Services at Anne Arundel Medical Center from 2005 to 2008, where Mary Lynn also held the title of Training & Organizational Development. In their current position, Mary Lynn Elsmo is the strategic business partner and primary point of contact for the respective business units and its leadership.
