Ted Carpenter has extensive experience in technology training and management, currently serving as the Manager of Technology Training at Children's National Medical Center since September 2010. Prior to this role, Ted worked as a Supervisor at the Washington Post from 1982 to 1995 and held the position of Sales Team Manager at Time Life Libraries from January 1979 to February 1981. Ted holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, obtained between 2001 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from American University, earned from 1995 to 2000.
