Prior to this role, Ted worked as a Supervisor at the Washington Post from 1982 to 1995 and held the position of Sales Team Manager at Time Life Libraries from January 1979 to February 1981. Ted holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, obtained between 2001 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from American University, earned from 1995 to 2000.
