Tiffany K. has extensive experience in the field of training and development, currently serving as the Section Manager for Learning & Development and Training Technology at Ontario Power Generation since February 2006. Over the years, Tiffany has held various positions within the organization, including Senior Officer Training Technology, Senior Training Specialist, and Senior Training Advisor, among others. Additionally, Tiffany served as a Professor of Training at Confederation College for a short duration in 2015-2016. Tiffany holds a Master of Business Administration in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton (2020-2023) and has completed several degrees in Adult Education, Human Resources, and Business from St. Francis Xavier University and Confederation College.
