Meridith Gould

Meridith Gould, Ph.D., serves as a Senior GESI Advisor for USAID's Nigeria LEARN initiative at Creative Associates International, having held various consultant roles since May 2014 with the World Bank Group, focusing on gender, education, and social-emotional learning. Notable contributions include leading gender assessments for the PSNP in Ethiopia and specialized programs for organizations such as UNICEF, where Meridith designed interventions for adolescent girls under the Spotlight Initiative, and Room to Read, providing expertise in girls' education. With a strong background in training and program development, Meridith has facilitated community training on critical topics and advised organizations like The King Center on youth non-violence curricula. Meridith's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and a Master's in Dispute Resolution, underpinning extensive expertise in social and emotional development, particularly among underserved communities.
