Caitlyn Foelsch, CTRS, MHA, CHM, CPST, currently serves as the Manager of Community Programs at Children's Specialized Hospital since February 2012, where responsibilities include managing adapted recreation programs and promoting safety and injury prevention topics for children and youth of all abilities. Previously, Caitlyn held the position of Recreational Therapist at the same hospital, providing therapeutic recreation to children with various conditions. Prior experience includes serving as an EMT with Hillsborough Rescue Squad from 2005 to January 2016, delivering urgent care in emergency situations. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Administration/Therapeutic Recreation from Kean University, a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from Nathan Weiss Graduate College, and is a Certified Healthcare Manager from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations, along with an Associate of Science in Health Science from Raritan Valley Community College.
