Kelly Keefe Marcoux has extensive work experience in healthcare and nursing leadership roles. Kelly currently serves as the Vice President, Patient Care & Chief Nursing Officer at Children's Specialized Hospital. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Children's Services at RWJBarnabas Health. Kelly Keefe Marcoux has a strong educational background in the field of nursing. Kelly obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing Science from Seton Hall University, where they studied from 2016 to 2022. Prior to their doctoral studies, Kelly has also completed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Pediatric Critical Care from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The Johns Hopkins University.

In terms of certifications, Kelly has earned the designation of Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board in May 2020. Kelly is also recognized as a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (PPCNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) since May 2020. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and specialization in pediatric nursing care.
