Lauren Farrand Msn

Lauren Farrand MSN, RN, CPN is an experienced nursing leader currently serving as the Administrative Director of Nursing Operations and Director of Patient Safety & Quality at Children's Specialized Hospital since January 2023. Previously, Lauren held the position of Clinical Director of Nursing at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center from September 2019 to January 2023 and worked as a Nurse Manager at RWJBarnabas Health from February 2017 to September 2019. Lauren's career also includes consulting in healthcare as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from May 2014 to February 2017, and clinical roles at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where responsibilities included Access Nurse Supervisor and Clinical Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
